Trigger conditions
A foreign entity that (1) endangers China's national sovereignty, security or development interests; or (2) in violation of normal market-transaction principles, suspends normal transactions with, or applies discriminatory measures against, Chinese enterprises, other organizations or individuals, seriously harming their lawful rights and interests.
