Formal AFSL decisions are generally published as MFA orders (外交部令) with an annexed 反制清单 and posted to the MFA countermeasure-list disclosure column (反制裁清单和措施) on mfa.gov.cn. Earlier named countermeasure announcements and some later items were announced through MFA spokesperson statements or regular press conferences. Relevant State Council departments (e.g. MOFCOM) may also issue AFSL countermeasures.

  • China, or Chinese citizens or organizations, are subjected to containment, suppression or discriminatory restrictive measures.
  • The conduct interferes in China's internal affairs.
