The spokesperson said that, since the China-US leaders' meeting in Busan, the US Federal Communications Commission had disregarded strong opposition from China and calls from industries in both countries, continued to broaden the concept of national security, repeatedly adopted restrictive measures concerning China in telecommunications operations, testing laboratories, drones, consumer routers and undersea cables, and recently imposed import restrictions concerning advanced robotic equipment and power inverters.
