  相关两用物项对美国出口

  Effect: Dual-use item exports to United States military users or for United States military end uses are prohibited. Exports to the United States of dual-use items related to gallium, germanium, antimony and superhard materials are, in principle, not licensed; graphite dual-use item exports to the United States are subject to stricter end-user and end-use review. The announcement states that organizations and individuals in any country or region that transfer or provide relevant PRC-origin dual-use items to United States organizations or individuals in violation of these provisions will be held legally liable.   一、禁止两用物项对美国军事用户或军事用途出口。二、原则上不予许可镓、锗、锑、超硬材料相关两用物项对美国出口；对石墨两用物项对美国出口，实施更严格的最终用户和最终用途审查。任何国家和地区的组织和个人，违反上述规定，将原产于中华人民共和国的相关两用物项转移或提供给美国的组织和个人，将依法追究法律责任。
