Summary
State Council Order No. 834 (2026), the first dedicated administrative regulation on supply-chain security, authorizes security investigations where foreign states adopt discriminatory measures against China's industrial and supply chains, and provides measures including import/export restrictions, special fees, referral of parties to the AFSL countermeasure list, and investment/entry restrictions.
