Summary
The currently effective prohibited/restricted technology catalogue administered jointly by MOFCOM and MOST. The 2025 adjustment applies to the catalogue issued by Announcement 2023 No. 57. Prohibited technologies have no export-licence route; restricted technologies are subject to the applicable technology-export licensing procedure.
