Summary
The Regulations on the Administration of Technology Import and Export govern prohibited, restricted and freely-tradable technologies; restricted-technology exports require a MOFCOM licence. Together with the Foreign Trade Law they underpin the Catalogue of Technologies Prohibited or Restricted from Export.
